Great water resort hotel with spacious rooms for even to a family of 5. Neat and relaxed environment, alot of facilities for both children and adults. It meets a perfect get away destination.

Its nicebecause it's comfortable. I like the swimming pools a lot.
The room's furniture is a bit outdated and the closets are very small with no door. Breakfast is awesome, with big variety and high quality. Personnel are very polite and always try to help and assist with a smile. Very nice heated indoor pool. The view from the hotel is magnificent, overlooking the harbour.
Nice hotel and pool/spa facility
Poor condition, carpet in the rooms (probably dirty), pool smell in the whole corridor, small room, small shower, toilet button doesnt work well at all.. Breakfast with unfresh breads, tables with dust. It is said that staff dont clean rooms everyday due to corona. Shouldnt they clean even more thoroughly and carefully due to corona?! Or hotel should lower the prices. Hotel is totally full. Wouldnt not stay in this hotel if other choices. Doesnt worth the prices at all.
The staff should get a 10 on the 5 scale, but the hotel is in need of a refresh. Our room had a very 90s feel, with old furniture and decor. The extra beds for our kids looked like they were straight off a decomissioned military base and were horrible. They have pre-portioned breakfast items to avoid covid, and the food was good.
Great hotel for families and business The site of the hotel is great, with beautiful view over the fjord within walking distance to the centre of Langesund. It is not a luxury hotel, but it has good modern facilities. Check-in and -out was effective and the personnel was always very friendly and helpful. My room (no 215) was clean and functional (see attached photos) but the bed was not the best. The restaurant and breakfast area is renovated and it looks great. Excellent breakfast- and Lunch buffet with amounts of delicious dishes! There are many activities for children at the hotel. Large car park with free parking in front of the hotel.
