Staff was polite and helpful. Appointment was on time and quick, yet informative. Social distancing and mask wearing is required and enforced which was much appreciated. Glasses are cleaned after each person tries them on. And if they have the materials on hand you can get your glasses same day within 2 hrs, got mine in 1 1/2 hrs and I'm happy with my purchase.

My visit was extremely wonderful. The doctor was very helpful with my needs for my eyes. Heather is absolutely the best. She was so helpful with me since it was my first time getting contacts. She was able to walk me through putting it in and taking it out. They have the best staff wether you’re getting contacts or eye glasses. Overall, they really care for you.

The two female store associates were extremely helpful despite how very busy they were. I entered the store at the Oxford Valley Mall about an hour before closing time. Both associates took the time to find the answers to my questions and provided me with information regarding my concerns. In addition they tended to other customers as well as greeted everyone who walked through the door by communicating clearly that they would be back to address their needs. They also communicated with each other as to what I was looking for, so when I was ready to order my glasses the other associate was prepared to help me. I needed my glasses quickly because I was leaving town and had recently lost my last pair. LensCrafters came through and my new glasses were ready the next day. I wish I had learned the names of these two women so that I could refer to them in this review by name instead of “associate”! I highly recommend LensCrafters especially at this location.

I’ve gotten glasses with LensCrafters for years and at this location twice now. Last year I had a great experience, this year I cannot say the same. I received very minimal assistance and had to eventually go up and ask for help. I felt very unwelcome and bothersome to the employees. I feel like they thought I’d be wasting their time instead of buying anything. I spend hundreds every year at this company getting glasses and my most recent visit was 800. I was also told I’d get my glasses in 7-8 days because they were sent off to Ray-Ban. I call today because I hadn’t heard from them and I’m told they’re not expecting my glasses until April 5th?! I really wish I was not lied to about that. Although the quality is great at LC (which is why I have not gone anywhere else for glasses), I am absolutely not happy with the service I received at this specific location and will most likely go out of my way to another location for my next pair(s).

We were running little late and since it's my first time at this location, wasn't aware that it was inside the mall. I called the number and they were really helpful and understanding . Dr Nguyen and her assistant were extremely polite and professional. Took time to understand my special request with my mother and got answered all my questions. Definitely going back.

Very nice flow and amazing professionals. They understood my time restraint and made my visit very efficient. I had an eye exam and purchased glasses within an hour. They suggested sunglasses in my price range, which I will purchase soon. Excellent service. Thanks!
