Front officer services so far so good

Poor customer service. The service from the staff are not serious to entertain the customer compare to other Blue cube Center at others states in Malaysia. I'm believe this due to only 2 service counter (2 staff) are provided and long queue of waiting customer. By using brand new outlet, the company shall utilize the space for customer service too, not just focusing on gadgets display.

Closed at 6pm but don't allow customers to enter at 5.20, saying computer is offline...ridiculous.

Overall service nmpak mcm ok waktu penerangan tentang package home wifi,rupa nya ada yg x di terang secara lebih detail...ada cas tersembunyi yg x di beritahu lebih awal..service OUT!!!
