Love the choice of product here, but kitchen planning went to pieces, courtesy of their council. And both the window and patio doors we ordered we not what we ordered. Unfortunately in this case, our lack of experts been costly, accepting the items thinking they were ok only to find they weren't, upon installation. Have spent every weekend there for the last 6 weeks trying to sort out orders that were made in error by the staff who are there 'to offer advice'
