I've been here 2 times now for the sailing weekend of my student society, and they've always been very welcoming, both at fresh arrival and when we're all worn out at the end of the weekend. The boats (Falks) are excellent quality and come equipped with everything you might need on your sailing trip. I can highly recommend this sailing centre.

I wanted to make a surprise to my husband that growed up with boats to rent 1 week a boat for our holidays and I called to make some questions and a nice lady (Wiepkje) always so friendly and patiente replyed to all of them smiling .She was so nice that was no doubts that I wanted to rent the boat with this company . Even living so far from Langweer . We live in Zaandam .My first holidays in a boat - Feeling 44 -OMG the boat is sooo big that I could use a camping bed (Nuna) for my baby with 5 months .We had fun. One day we had a problem with the kiel and Wilko and Wiepkje come to check the issue in Makkum themselfs . The both very professional and super friendly really open to answer our questions and to hear our feedback . If I will ever have holidays in a boat for sure I will be back at Sailingcenter Langweer . Thank you very much Wiepkje and Wilko for being so kind !

I chartered a 29feet sailing yacht. Pretty friendly staff, but the ship was a bit a wreck. Lifejackets were old and with fungus. Several navigation lights out of order, no wind indicator. Ship was modified with shortened mast and reduced mainsail. Backstay-bridle broke in a light breeze. Stern cabin had an offensive smell of diesel and one main cabin berth had only 160cm length. Finally, although I payed for end cleaning I had to swab the outside and sweep inside. Sorry to tell, but first bad experience in holland!

De laatste week van de herfstvakantie, last-minute een zeiljacht geboekt omdat we niet meer naar het buitenland konden. Helaas waren de kleinere jachtjes al afgetuigd, maar we kregen een grotere voor gereduceerd tarief aangeboden. Aangekomen lag de new classic 850 al heerlijk voorverwarmd op ons te wachten. De midweek vloog zo voorbij. Al met al blij dat we de 850 hadden ipv de 750. De extra ruimte is fijn met zijn tweeën. Je zit toch meer binnen in de herfst. Het was een geweldige vakantie. Dit proefde naar meer. We komen zeker terug.
