This place had the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The website did not indicate the store hours change and you can’t look up the school on the website either. Was supposed to open at 1230pm but was late. Did not apologize but employee wanted to get smart about it. If I did not need these items I would’ve went back home. Will contact my child’s school in hopes that they will think about using someone else.

I had an excellent experience at this uniform store yesterday. The staff was very friendly, helpful and patiently answered my questions. Being in the healthcare industry I have interacted with many people with not so friendly behavior andI usually don't leave reviews unless things were very bad but I needed to leave this review because I don't think that I've had a better experience in any retail setting. Thank you Ms. Jackie and staff.

Honestly, if I had a choice, I'd never set foot in there again! Oh wait, I'm moving so I don't have to! I went to get uniforms for my kids and got there a few minutes before they opened. I waited in the car until 10 mins past opening, nothing! We were there over 30 minutes past the time they were said to open but no one showed up so we left to return on another day but it was more than inconvenient. The floor staff is helpful and always there when you need them but the staff at the register, not so much. I always dreaded going there and now, I don't have to. Good luck if you have to shop here.
