I went to make 30 t- shirts for my daughter’s 1st birthday at project printing & graphics on Lanham Severn Rd. When I went I explain what I wanted to be on the shirts very specifically. And when I went to go pick up the shirts they all had the wrong design on them. I talk to the Man about my issue that I was having with the shirts. And he caught a attitude and was trying to tell me that the design on the shirt is what I told him to do but like I said in the beginning I specifically told him what I wanted the shirt to say and what I didn’t wanted to say at all so he said the store was closing and I left and he called me the next day and told me to come to the store so we can fix the problem with the shirts I went he said that he will order some more shirts and he would have them ready by the time the birthday got here so today is November 14, 2019 and the party is November 16, 2019 we got the shirts today and half of the shirts are the wrong size is due to the fact that there were children shirts included in the bundle that he messed up when he bought the new shirts he decided to get adult sizes for the kids shirts instead of the actual children’s size. He has very poor customer service and poor listening skills due to the fact that my order was messed up in the beginning and then it was just to be corrected and at the end of the day it was still messed up and it ended up messing up all my plans that I have for my event.
