I took my van in for an alignment tire rotate and balance and oil change. before taking it in I inspected my filter and drain plug because another shop said they were damaged. Anyway 200 later tires were not in fact rotated and the van feels worse than it did before also upon further examination it has the same oil filter and the oil is the same color as it was when I brought it in. Needless to say I'll not be returning. Really guys? Extremely disappointing

Lanier Tire is MY GO TO - they recently saved me from spending a ton of money! a company in buford tried to trick us into getting new brakes. Lanier tire gave us a 2nd opinion and told us our brakes were brand new - They could have easily taken the sale - but they were more worried about us rather than the SPEAKS VOLUMES!!!!!!!!!
