Nursing staff is OK but the private rooms are outdated and in rough shape. The TV is a 14 inch Sony that belongs in a museum. Not enough towels in the room, no toothpaste or toothbrushs or shampoo provided. One tiny bar of soap in the bathroom. Wallpaper is cracked and peeling. Looks like everything is done on the cheapest scale.
One year ago, I went to this hospital for a physical check up, the doctor told me I have a lump in my womb, I remember the facility wasn’t so good at that time. But yesterday I went again to do some follow up, to see they have completed the third building (building C). It turns out to be very clean, modern and bright! There’s no bad smell, and every nurse is smiling, they seem to be happy to work there. I even feel it’s the nurses are more than the patients, (maybe it’s over staffed?...) anyway, I found myself in a very care. Unlike other hospitals in Chiang Mai, very dark waiting area, bad smell and so poor communication, sometimes we foreigners are not clearly instructed of what to do and where to go. I think this is a good alternative choice for foreigners compared to the expensive Bangkok hospital or Ram hospital.
Pretty decent, very friendly staff and good efficient service. A lot better than Chiang Mai Ram which is supposed to be an upscale hospital.
Really fast service for international person. Doctors (ear throat nose) speak well english, as well as the nurses. Idk why there is any 1-star reviews of this place
