Fast, reliable, and reasonably priced! Everything is always folded perfectly and smells great. I usually bring in about 25 lbs. of laundry to be washed at a time which ends up costing around 30. Totally worth it!
In from out of town and needed a drop off service. Lan's was very friendly and straightforward, with clothes well cared for and service delivered on time. I don't know local prices but theirs seemed reasonable to me and were MUCH less expensive than the hotel service. My new go-to place when in Boston.

I have been living across the street from Lan's for 11 years. Now that I am moving I have reflected on the service they have provided over the last decade and I can't believe I never wrote them a review. They are consistently fantastic! - They are extremely clean, never had a problem using their washers or dryers. - The dry cleaning is so convenient, affordable, and reliable. Never lost a thing! - They recycle! - Their tailoring is fabulous. I've had a number of different items taken care of there, including a bridesmaid (actually best lady but whatever) dress and it came out fantastic! All this plus great customer service. I'm going to miss them and will pretend Lan is with me when I am in my new house with my new washer dryer.
