I wanted a barrel for a project I am working on and I found this company had good prices and selection. We went to their site in Lansdale PA and met with Brian. I ordered a barrel from this company as a Christmas gift back in December. They mailed the barrel to me within a week. However the barrel they had sent me was damaged and unusable. I emailed the company about the issue to which they replied “no problem you can return the barrel and we will send you a new one”. It has been over two months now waiting for a replacement barrel, that I still have yet to receive. Sense then I have emailed them asking for a refund of my 189.00 dollar purchase with absolutely no reply. At this point I’m beginning to believe I was scammed. I just don’t understand how a company can just take your money and fail to deliver a product. To me that’s no different then Stealing.
