This is not the Lantana you're looking for. A very different experience to the other Lantana I've been to. It's casual, cheap, small menu (good avo toast, a cheese toastie that tastes like a 'jaffle'). The staff were relaxed but also very considerate. Ultimately, the coffee was at the high level you expect from Lantana. I would probably have given this 4 stars but I think it's current rating is too low so it needs to be lifted.

Incredibly average small portions of food (the brunch anyway) which were a complete rip off. Main problem though was rude staff, a terrible example of how to treat customers when they've messed up your girlfriends order so badly. Save your cash and time and enjoy some coffee and eggs at home on a Sunday.

You know those places in big cities where the staff make you feel like you're not worthy to be in there? This is one of those. I stood (the only person in the queue) waiting to be acknowledged for ten whole minutes - there were two women behind the counter and they weren't busy so a smile wouldn't have been hard. After ten minutes, one of them turned and asked what I wanted - I told her and she proceeded to list what they didn't have, which was EVERYTHING. I mentioned that I had been stood there for a long time and one of them could have told me there was no food, to which she responded "well I'm making coffee and she's cutting cake". I would have understood this excuse if they had been remotely busy, or the latter hadn't been stood there gormlessly (not cutting cake) looking for something to do. I didn't try any of the food there and left hangry AF. Manners go a long way.

Just about ready to leave after waiting forever for our order which was half wrong. Portions are extremely small and expensive. You're getting some avocado on 1 tiny slice of bread for 4.00, 2.50 extra for a few mushrooms. Come if you're rich and need a light snack and don't mind getting ripped off for something you didn't order.
