GI MAN TRANSPORT

I stopped in and discussed having decals made for my truck on 18 Aug. I was told they would be in touch via phone/email proofs once they were ready. Two weeks passed and I didn't hear from them so I reached out via phone and was told she'd check on it and now it has been another 2 weeks with no return contact. The woman in the front office was nice when I stopped in and on the followup call, but I received no customer service at all. For what it's worth, I purposely went here to support a hometown business but have since had the decals made by a known shop on the other side of the state bc I needed them to put the truck to work.

Fast response to my email. With in 3 days after I asked them to process my banner that had it ready for pick-up. The quality was better then I hoped for and the fact that they can design it for me was even better. I'll definitely be going back for my other needs. Great job

If I could give 0 stars I would. I pd good money for 2 sets of magnets and they didn't stay on. I called with complaint that corners wouldn't stick and instead of them working with me they said I'm doin something wrong and wouldn't work with me. Wouldn't suggest using this company. I lost almost 300 dollars and now have to find another company to hopefully make a great product.
