After a long day at work Frank's always has something to make it better! They know my brand of cigarettes and have them on the counter before I get there. The lady's there are the best! Very pleasant, and I usually leave there smiling or laughing about something we spoke about! Excellent customer service! A raise is due

I have shopped here for years and had always had a pleasant experience, until yesterday. The young lady working on 4/7/2020 at 5:00pm was very rude, unprofessional and childish. I will have to decide to continue shopping here while she is employed there.
