I have been going to Grondins College of Beauty since I have loved in the area and have had awesome experiences, enjoyed the atmosphere but most importantly I leave happier each time with the BEAUTIFUL Color and outdone of my hair! Teachers are always there and the girls work well together and rely on each other for opinions . Special thanks to Gracie and Hannah for my most frequent color job! And thank you for great guidance to all instructors on what my next move is, for I am not the hair guru
They did an awesome job! Instructor was present, checking work, doing touch ups & my 3yo son & 6 you daughter's hair couldn't have turned out better! I'm very pleased & will DEFINITELY B returning for every cut! Besides the great work, they were all so incredibly kind, complimenting my children, continuously saying how well behaved they were & that I could bring them any time All around pleasant experience! Thank u all! C ya nxt cut!
They don’t even deserve a one out five. I went there on Wednesday to get my hair highlighted by a student whom I knew. She did a fantastic job except for a few bleed marks in the back. I paid for a full head of highlights I only got a partial because we ran out of time. They told me to come back later in the week to get it finished and the bleed through fixed. I go back and I was ready for the same girl to do my hair. But the “instructor” did it instead, the student was doing nothing. The instructor dyed the bleed through back to my “normal” color. I was wondering why people were looking at me weirdly when I was done. When I left I took a picture the bleed through area was now red red (my hair is a light brown). I would have had better luck with the student it was a joke. I messaged to student and she said she was sorry it wasn’t her fault. Which I understood because she did not do my hair this time. I asked why didn’t she tell me and she said “the instructor told me not to. That it would be fine.” I mean I would be okay with it if it was the student but someone “teaching” the students should be able to fix it right-with honesty. Like sorry I ruined your hair let me fix it. But that did not happen.
What a disappointment! I realize it is a teaching school, so I did not expect perfection. However a teaching school requires teachers. I had a pedicure and it was not busy but not before, during, or after did someone check the quality of work. It was such a poor job I had to remove all of it at home.
They fixed my hair after I tried to cut it myself. Lol. (Btw I had accidentally said this on a review for a different company! See, I still mess up! Lol )
