Everyone is friendly, the procedures done were explained and done with care. I felt comfortable with the safety precautions and cleanliness of the office. I highly recommend Michigan Eye Institute.

People doing exams were great as usual. No complaints there. As far as checking in, well it's ashame you feel the need to have a camera right in the center of the front DESK. The clerks are beyond business like, bordering on rude. God forbid if they should have to touch you. What is the purpose of this? Very Orwellian. And as soon as you get up from sitting in a chair, someone puts a pink paper on the seat after spraying disinfectant on the chair. This is outrageous. The COVID-19 thing is a bunch of lies and people know it. People need to quit drinking the koolaid and get real. FLU SEASON HAPPENS EVERY YEAR. QUIT LISTENING TO THE FEAR MONGERERS. Our economy and people's lives have been destroyed in Michigan. It has to stop. Don't let socialistic scare tactics prevail lest we become a third world country.

These guys and gals do an awesome job. Can’t say enough good things. I had cataract surgery and I was terrified. They were so kind and professional it made my whole experience a positive one.
