I arrived early as most dr offices expect that. I called the desk and was told to come inside. I had my temp taken and told to return to my vehicle. I was there because of extreme pain in my knee so walking is not a favorite thing to do. Then about 30 minutes later I was asked to return to do paperwork which I had done before I got there. The waiting room had about 10 people, maybe more. I then was not taken to an exam room for another 20 minutes while patients came and went. Once in an exam room I waited another 20 minutes. Other doctor offices have people call the desk and wait in their cars. They send paperwork out to people to complete while waiting in their car. And everyone was wearing Black clothing that works there!!! Very creepy if you ask me. Very depressing too. Seemed like the place is painted and decorated like some fancy house. Most employees were pleasant and helpful and I do not put my bad review on their shoulders. I saw no sign that exam rooms or waiting area were cleaned between patients. During the COVID-19 pandemic I expect better especially since majority of the patients were well past 55 or 60

My names Andrea. I just called to see if I could make a appointment with a ortho to see if I could get the medication I recieved on my first visit in February. Wendy said she spoke to Nicole and they are not making me come in and are just calling the medication in to my pharmacy. Most doctors want you to come in so they can charge you or your insurance but not this place. I'm so happy i don't have to come this time..it saves me a trip. I appreciate it thank you again.

Dr. Moyer was great and down to earth. The Nurses were all awesome. The ladies in billing will make you want to cry because they are so easy to work with.

When you first walk in I see the smiles from Melissa and katherine. The girls who are behind the desks are so sweet and are so easy to talk to. I have not had a good experience with a secretaries in the past so its refreshing to have that here. If Orthomichigan can't help with a certain issue or body part they always recommend a place where you can receive the proper help for your ailment. That is great customer service in my opinion.The doctors are nice as well and really listen to my concerns and pain I was having. I would recommend hoOrthomichigan to anyone who wants to actually be treated with respect and actually listened to. It's rare now a days to find secretaries with good attitudes and a orthopedic doctor who genuinely cares about helping you. Katherine and melissa are my favorite. I love how friendly and helpful they are. Keep up the good work Ladies!! Becuse you are appreciated
