My tablet wasn't working very well so I took it to Tech Smart USA in Lapeer. It needed a new part, and now it works better than it did when it was new. I was very pleased with the cost of the repair also. Thank you Tech Smart USA.

Funny, my review was taken down and the response from the co/owner was left up. Just a heads up. Beware, worked for this company for a bit over a year and found that they don’t pay their bills nor the staff. In my opinion they are a bit shady. This is in no way a form of sabotage it’s fact, beware of employment as well as choosing as a business partner. Do your homework!!!

Came in to get a free diagnostics check on my desktop PC that had issues booting up. Dan had agreed to meet with me early in the morning when his schedule would be light so that he could focus on my ticket. Within the hour he had diagnosed and fixed the issue. Excellent customer service and quick repair time.

LOVE the guys (and girls) at Tech smart USA! They have been so helpful with all of my electronic issues- I am not tech savvy, and they have been more than patient with my endless questions. I do not feel intimidated or like I am being talked down to. Not only were they professional and timely, they logged every process of my computer repair. I took them a tired and sickly Macbook Pro who refused to "wake up" and got back a revived computing workhorse, just like when it was brand new.
