If I could rate this place a "0" I would. For 1 I've been going here since I moved here in 2017. I've always made my appointments every time and never once cancelled an appointment. I called when 1800 contacts had sent them a verification on my prescription. Since Covid-19 hit in March and I've been laid off since 3/16 I wasn't able to get in to se them. When I answered the phone from the receptionist she said she wasn't able to verify the script because it was due to be re-written. I asked when can they see me and she replied with not for another 1.5 - 2 months. I said well obviously I need a script can you at least verify the latest script you have so I can see until you r able to fit me in. She said No we cant. You've had a lot of time to come in and see us for a new script. Mind you the script just went dead that month. She is rude, she is not a person who is about customer service and she definitely isn't understanding the COVID-19 pandemic. I told her to cancel my appointment and I will find another provider. Today I receive in the mail I owe them 20.00 for a missed appointment I never made due to her attitude problem. I will be fighting this 20 bill for sure and will do everything in my power to get Todd Harris' attention as she is ruining his practice. If she isn't ruining his practice they're both dual spearing the way they treat their clients. Todd I hope you're reading this and reach out to me to correct the problem.
