Fantastic customer service and technical knowledge! My laptop charging port was fixed the next day with Stephen also replacing the hinge FOC. After previously having a nightmare experience with another shop in Bolton who had now supposedly fixed it twice, Stephen could see how stressed I was about not being able to access hours of work which I needed asap (I hadn't noticed that the laptop wasn't actually charging). He was so lovely and I left the shop stress free knowing that if it couldn't be repaired the following day he could save all the work onto a USB drive so I would be able to access the work I had done. In the end he was able to repair it the following day. Thank you so much!
