Very helpful guy runs the shop. I called to ask if he had a SATA hdd cable in stock and how much, he said yes, for a couple of quid, but when I called in to collect, he just gave me the cable for free. I'm not saying he'll fix your laptop for free, but you don't come across that kind of relaxed generosity much these days.
