I recently moved into a home that uses oil heat, and had zero experience with ordering home heating oil and all that it entails. I reached out to a couple of different local companies that were recommended to me, and Lapuma was the first to respond. They were very helpful in answering my questions. Some places didn't get back to me at all! I also really appreciate the online account functionality; it's very clear-cut. I was given a price for a \full tank\ top-off, which is nice if you don't know exactly what quantity to order. They ran my card for the full amount, and then credited back the difference after delivery. It was very clearly stated that this is what would happen when I ordered this service. You can also order by the exact gallon if you prefer. I was given a delivery window, and my order arrived a day before the date noted on the quote. I'd recommend this company if you don't need a contract or extensive maintenance/repairs. I rent so this is perfect for me.
