I can’t fault this company - I logged a new account and within 2 day the engineer was at my shop servicing the units. The staff were very pleasant when logging my job and also notified me when the engineer would be attending and what time suited me. I will definitely be using this company going forward and would highly recommend!

Awful customer service. 2 months to not even resolve one issue, very poor customer.. Staff lie about the dates that engineers would attend then do not return calls when they do not arrive. One of the worst companies I have had to ever deal with.
