Gregor and Janet offer a truly personal service. An exceptional Agent, who really do put the clients interests first. Having been a regular user of Clyde Property in Falkirk, I felt their service had slipped recently, and felt they had taken my business for granted. I switched to Ian Gray. Their professionalism, integrity, marketing, time were all their in abundance. An excellent agent who went out of their way to achieve a higher figure than I wanted or expected. They advised me not to reduce the price when I wanted to. Clyde Property would definitely have done so. Also, to point out, Clyde Property had valued it 5000 less than Ian Gray. To which I achieved the higher figure with Ian Gray due to Gregors commitment and desire to do the best for the client. A REAL FAMILY ORIENTATED BUSINESS, WITH THEIR NUMBER ONE AIM OF DOING THE BEST FOR THEIR CLIENT.

I tried to get in contact with this estate agents last week through email and calling but couldn't get a hold of them. I then find out the property that I really wanted to view had a closing date which wasn't stated online. When I finally managed to get a hold of someone they told me they would call me back and let me know if they could provide a viewing under the short notice but I still haven't received a call to let me know they couldnt do it. Poor service.
I never leave negative reviews but I am way too disappointed with how unprofessional this agency happened to be. Requested a viewing immediately after the property appeared knowing we’re definitely taking it but was told to wait for a call back. No response after email so had to call back myself and was again told to wait as there were no viewings yet. Waited for a week (missing out on other properties) and called back just to find out the property was already taken some time ago. I have never been run around like that before. They weren’t even bothered to let me know the property was taken not to mention I didn’t get to book a viewing– that is very unprofessional and disrespectful.
