Just got vegetable pakora delivered asked for it well done it came soggy so having to put in oven quite disappointed as food normally spot on

Wouldn’t even rate this place 1 star. The customer service from Spice Magic is shocking. We spoke to a Glaswegian woman on the phone placed an order for collection which cost 50. They put the sauce for the chicken pakora in the bag upside down which then soaked the bag and ruined some of the food we had bought. I called and spoke to the same woman who then confirmed they would re-send the food we had ordered. 5 minutes later the same woman called me back saying that her “manager” (who looked very young to be a manager) had packed the bag and there was no way that she would’ve put the sauces in upside down - basically calling us liars and blaming this on our collection I told the woman we would provide the bag as proof that the sauce had been spilled which she was happy with however we then decided we no longer wanted to have ANY food from this place as the service was so shocking the woman then hung up the call mid-conversation which is quite obviously very rude and unacceptable as a place dealing with the public day in day out. We will not be ordering from Spice Magic again after being regular customers here.
