This practice has gotten worse over the 7/8 years I have been with them. We are now down to one Doctor and it has been like this for about 18 months with no signs of adding a second. Getting an appointment is like pulling teeth, if you phone up at 8am and ask for one they'll advise 3 to 4 weeks, you need to physically demand an appointment same day to then get phone by the triage nurse for 20Q and finally if deemed you will get an appointment.

Dialing system is not acceptable. It's almost impossible to call in due to the number of callers or if another person is on the line. This centre only has to add a simple call handling system yet they haven't done this. You will have to call in repeatedly for an emergency appointment and hope to be the lucky caller that successfully connects. I had to call in 37 times over 7 minutes until the call was finally not engaged and got through. This is technology from the 1980s. Really bad operations.
