So unfortunately I still have another 17 months with a lease from another brand, and it does not make sense for me to get into an Acura at this exact moment. On a good note, I want to shoutout Will Johnson & Dan the man (sales manager) for going above and beyond to try to make this deal work. I will say, although we did not get the Acura RDX at this time, as soon as our Nissan lease is up we will be coming here to get a new car from Will and the folks over at Acura of Westchester. I look forward to switching over and joining the Acura family! Thanks for the amazing experience and we look forward to seeing you sooner then later.

First of all mr William Untz is the nicest person if I could just rate him i would give him 5 stars but the mechanics are far way from been professional i took my 2016 acura mdx for service and spend 2000 dollars and they made a mess with my car everything was dirty and full of oil like they did not even care about the job.
I went to get an Oil Change 12/30/2020 And had the best experience ever,I was kind of in a Jam with my Credit Card,Not working Properly for some apparent reason,, One of the Staff by the name of LIZ is a God Send and a Blessing at the same timeWow! She LITERALLY Paid for my Oil Change from the Kindness of Her Heart ,As a Whole the Staff at Acura of Westchester are Honest, Sincere and Genuine Thanks Liz For helping me and Making my day as well, God Bless you and your Staff at Acura of Westchester

I purchased a new vehicle here a couple of weeks ago and have been met with disappointing service since. First are foremost, they refuse to give me an itemized receipt after I've repeatedly asked for one. I've emailed (4 times) and called multiple times. They promised to send it a week ago and I have heard nothing since. The accessories cost double what is listed on the Acura website but it's hard to verify that the rest of the price is for \labor\ if all I got was a handwritten receipt with only the total listed. After paying that much for labor, I'm missing multiple parts for the accessories and I wasn't even explained how to use them. They shipped one part but there's no response when I emailed about other parts. Overall, I'm disappointed by the lack of customer service after buying a brand new 2021 vehicle from them and barely hearing back from them after they forgot to give me parts. I'm usually loyal to a dealership but I can't see myself purchasing another car from here after the service and lack of response. I upgraded from a Honda to an Acura after purchasing 3 vehicles from my last dealership within a couple of years and I still have a great relationship with them. I'll now have to find another Acura to purchase my future vehicles from.
