This location was great in all regards. The woman who represented AVIS was immediate in asking if I needed help when I was just looking into the information and considering AVIS. I’ll use AVIS any time I need a car. Thank you very much for great service.

So I called this company because I wanted to see if they could lend my boyfriends family and I a car to travel from Laredo Texas to Mexico because our car had broken down. The employees Miguel and Angel from this establishment told my boyfriends that this was possible and they reassured him of that when he kept asking. So then we traveled all the way from lake Charles Louisiana to Laredo Texas. We stayed the night and went to the airport that afternoon. When we got there they told us that what we wanted wasn’t possible. How is that fair, please explain.
I really needed a car to get back home to my kids from Texas to Nebraska and your company rented to me with my Mastercard debit card when Exspress wouldn't help me... much appreciated... thank you all so much... we will rent again this summer for a trip to see my dad in Washington state....
Terrible Experience.. Must Avoid unless you need an ulcer. AVOID. Avis and their sister company Budget..:!!!!!!!. Terrible service. Had to go to airport since no one was at the Jacaman location (AVIS) to deal with a piece of cardboard (Representative).Ashley. Noted that since that location closed for the weekend, they could not guarantee my Pre-paid vehicle. WTFuddgeeee? AVOID Budget and AVIS.
