I decided to bring my pets here when I was given poor, inadequate service from another veterinary clinic sometime in 2019 and it was the best decision I could've made. Not only are the staff always pleasant and willing to help, the doctors here are supportive, caring and nurturing. I love my fur babies very much and that includes giving them the best care.

I have been to critter care many times and though it is pricey, it is a good place. I have never been disrespected and my pets have always gotten better with the treatment they receive when they fall ill. They are not perfect (just like no one is) as they once overlooked a detail regarding my dog condition and it ended up getting worse, but on a second visit Dr. Leyendecker knew what to do. She is hard on pet owners because she does not tolerate neglect and given the number of years of experience, she holds a level of suspicions when she sees animal's in a certain conditions. On our second visit my dog's situation had progressed within 3 days after the first visit. Anyone looking at my dog would be appalled and would have concluded he was neglected. It was noticeable Dr. Leyendecker was not happy with what she was looking at. My dog had mites and it was overlooked in the first visit, though I mentioned it to the other Dr. It was dismissed as nothing serious and he received an eye ointment for the raw skin around his eyes. Dr. Leyendecker questioned the situation because within 3 days my dog had inflamed red skin all over his body and once she realized our dog had not been neglected her demeanor relaxed. She treated my dog and explained how long it would take to see results. He got better just like she said he would. There might be other Veterinarians who also give great servcie, but Dr. Leyendecker not only treats animals she defends them and that says alot. Thank you Dr.

Really amazing staff and knowledgeable, special Dr Leyendecker. She took care of our baby! We will always come here for our needs, as the staff is the best we've seen in a vets office.

Extremely helpful, very professional, very understanding. My cat needed an emergency surgery, and I felt comfortable leaving my cat with them. Affordable prices. They kept me informed at all times. Thank you so much for all of your help!! The whole team!

I took my dog for surgery and he came back all muddy. His cone, paws, and back were all dirty. My dog did not feel safe and I don't feel comfortable taking him there. Update: Got \terminated for negative review
