First of all i don't get paid for doing this doctor's staff's work....if you have ever dealt with a surgery you know right off the bat that you need a pre-authorization approved, well this ppl differ, which is my problem, my dad needs knee replacements on both legs and because of a certain someones negligence he had to be rescheduled after waiting a mth for his surgery, now take in mind the pain he is going through....I don't know how good this doctor is but his staff is surely making him look bad.

Dr. Defrancis performed hip surgery on my aunt a couple of months ago. He did an excellent job, and she has had a very fast recovery period. I highly recommend him.
