Some days is outstanding and some other ones just seems they don pay attention on February 14 I wanted a box full of hearts and they gave a mix, then few days later I asked for a dozen mix and they gave a box full of hearts although some other days I get free items when they do extra items

Nice service, easy to communicate with and polite. Food is always good, they have only given me one bad coffee that I can remember. I like the coffee flavors and the caffeine kick!
Super bad.. they gave me the wrong order .. and they made me pay extra for the other donuts I had asked for in the beginning. The manager was super rude and had horrible attitude. I think she’s new... first time that happens to me.
Go to a different dunks, they are too busy playing music and dancing to hear your order. Got my order wrong 2x and when I got to the window they asked again because they could not hear me over the music. Ordered a blueberry donut....
I love dunkin i grew up with them back home and was so happy that we got one here. My most favorite donut is the old fashion. I had a order today ordered 3 old fashion and 3 other donuts plus other items the breakfast wraps are good loved everything except the donut part was all messed up ended up with a bakers dozen and only one old fashion my order was a delivery .
