No stars. This doctor almost killed someone I know because \whoops...my vision failed me in surgery\. He shouldn't practice anymore and people deserve to know so they can decide for themselves whether they want to take that chance. Everyone makes mistakes. But when a doctor makes a mistake it ruins or ends lives.
