Dude Man

Bread presentation was great and looked delicious from far away. Bought some empanadas and all I got was a thin layer of filling, felt like I was eating a cookie. The dough was crunchy and soft at the same time, like eating a stale cookie. I was not able to finish the rest, the flavor was totally lacking. Will visit another bakery. Also had a donut and a regalo, both had super artificial flavor on the filling and the icing.

Hello everyone, So normally I pass this place whenever I take my grandparents some sweet delights from this tasty place. This place is very good in price and also in taste. My grandparents love the pan del dulce from here, and my grandpa loves the piggys last time they didn't have then though and my grandpa was a little upset. However that wasn't the reason I gave a neutral rating. The reason I gave it a neutral rating was because I ordered cupcakes for my daughter (be aware I love 60 miles away from the bakery but I loved it so much I decided why not) so I ordered the cupcakes in person paid extra for red velvet and the frosting to be in a swirl version. My daughters has her birthdays at 10am so what a shock when my mother goes and cupcakes are not READY at 8 am when I ordered them. Not only was this such a inconvenience, but I was so upset they didn't at least give us discount, the frosting was not swirled which I paid extra for! I paid ahead of time for this mistake to be made, and honestly I haven't gone back to the bakery afterwards. The manager had to meet my mom somewhere in order to give her the cupcakes that took 2 hours to make, my mom was so close to being late luckily the school was eating the pizza slow or else it would have been chaos. Who knew a little mistake could cause a party to become stressful. This place is great when they do the usual routine, but when comes to ordering customs you have better luck to order somewhere else. Some employees are nice, and some looked annoyed so honestly depends who you get!
