Was in the market for a chair and decided to buy one there. The staff have good communication, the employee I asked for help immediately found somebody that can help me order one. Excellent friendly and fast service, was really impressed. Will make office depot my go-to if I'm ever in the market for something again.

They try to make you download an app to use their printing service or else they make you give them your personal information to be able to wait in line for over ten minutes. I left this place before my turn was called because they took too long. I went to PrintXpress on McPherson where it cost me half as much and I supported a local business.

Pathetic service! This guys have you wait in line just to sign you up. Then the sign you up and have you wait some more. Then they take forever. Dont recommend it go elsewhere.

The staff is slow as a turtle. If one person is in front of you prepare to wait half an hour. Plan accordingly.

I had a horrible experience with a banner & poster that were ordered since Thursday & was told on Sunday it had been misplaced & the person that does them didn’t come to work. I needed it no longer than Monday morning. They offered my money back but no banner or poster. I’m waiting for a manager that said he’d print it for me today by 2 pm. We’ll see

I believe that office Depot personal should be more attractive to the person they are helping. And do go to the next person until they finish with the person they are helping. Which people have a certain time to get things done during the day.
