Worst service I have ever received. Had the hardest time getting a call back. I contacted them for a quote 3 weeks ago and have still not gotten one till this day. I called another sign company in town and received a quote that same day. Not to mention the business owner getting upset with me for being upset that her company dropped the ball and brought her personal situations into the conversation which was extremely unprofessional and uncalled for. Not sure if she wanted me to feel sorry for her bad service with those personal comments but at the end of the day I am a business owner looking for a service that was never able to be provided by Rapid Signs...EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!

I had been trying to make arrangements with this company for a month for them to fix an original sign they had made for our business, (which took no longer than 3 weeks for them to make and install originally) a storm had visited and broke the structure of the sign. I had ATTEMPTED TO CALL & EMAIL TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS MANY TIMES and they were terrible about making a follow up call to secure an appointment. As an ORIGINAL CUSTOMER, spending thousands on a sign, I expected so much more from their customer service. THE OWNER LOIDA RESPONDED HORRIBLY TO MY PHONE CALL SHE WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL (as it had been numerous calls later in the span of a month, I was slightly frustrated that they had not fixed the sign but I remained calm as she was an elder and I was never disrespectful to her.) SHE MADE NO ATTEMPTS TO HELP SERVICE OUR SIGN AND WAS UPSET WITH MY OPINION AS AN UNSATISSIFIED CUSTOMER. VERY DISSAPOINTED. I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS BUSINESS TO ANYONE
