Arrived at appointment time 11am still not getting worked on. It has been 3 hours and no one has even looked at my load.
Honestly I think it should be smaller. I mean it's not right enough in here. It would be smarter to park the trailers at an angle in the direction of the exit. This will allow more room the back into a dock and add 3 more drop trailer spaces. The exit gate should be the entrance and the entrance should be the exit. The people were extremely nice though. My rating is on the courtesy and professionalism of the staff this morning. There is no need to call anyone a \thing\.
Zero star. Avoid this place. Seriously
