Many products and brands to choose from. Customers earn rewards and points with purchases. Staff is friendly and helpful. A bit on the pricey side, but worth it for the most part.

One of my favorite things to buy is foundation and I probably have four or five in my collection. I've tried finding a nice foundation here more than a couple times but they would always match me to a yellow undertone foundation when I have rosy undertones...which I didn't find out till later on at another store. When you ask for help they'll try to push something you didn't ask for or pretend they didn't see you. Basically it's either they ignore you even exist or they ask you if you need help every 5 seconds. It's been awhile since I've gone but the last time I went I had four or five items in my hand that I didn't mind carrying because they weren't heavy. Then this sales lady kept asking me if I wanted to carry them in a bag. After telling her no a couple times I got annoyed and I left the stuff I was going to buy at Sephora and decided to order it online instead. I'd rather wait to get a package then have to deal with people that don't listen

Always good customer service. Knowledgeable staff. Very attentive, very sweet. Store is usually very well stocked. I love that I can look around without feeling as if I’m being bullied by pushy sales ladies. Great management.

I wish I could walk in and not feel like I’m being judged! Half the girls in there have no idea what they’re doing. I’d rather they take the time and hire actual professionals than girls who are snobby and who don’t even care.

Always out of stock for lancome foundation. Staff is ok. I always get walked past by when i have questions.

Customer service is really attentive, cashiers are excellent! They will gift wrap your purchases quick & easy. I wish the store itself was bigger but I managed to navigate a wheelchair though the store. Children's carts also navigate fairly well in the establishment
