Very unprofessional. Set price was 15 dollars per animal I boarded. The man changed his price to 20 dollars a day. Had I not mentioned it he would have overcharged me. Very rude and disrespectful. Will not be taking my pets to get boarded there again.

They do a wonderful job with my Baby Rose. She never has a nikki or anything. I send when she looks like a old mop. Takes very good care of my blind cat. They are so polite and caring. I love there greeter, I think it is a parrot. We are happy.
I took two dogs, a rescue and a pet we'd raised from infancy. They stayed in boarding for a long weekend. My husband kept trying to call in to make sure the dogs were ok. The employee who checked in our dogs gave us his cell phone anticipating that we would but he never answered until Sunday morning. He reported that the rescue dog was fine but the other dog was depressed. Ultimately I couldn't confirm that the dogs got any attention over the weekend. We sure didn't
