Good place with cheaper prices compared to those of Sally's. Very friendly and well stocked. I had a problem with the clippers and I was able to return them without a problem. The return policy for the store is 1 month with a receipt. They won't let you ask for the prices of things over the phone which is pretty annoying.

BAD.BAD.BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! LADY WITH RED HAIR HAS IT OUT FOR ME I SWEAR! Every time I go I’m always wrong. Today yet again I was wrong and was not accepted for an exchange.
