Appointments only due to COVID-19, and wait is more than a week for appointments. You cannot make appointments in person, have to be done through the internet. Someone needs to tell the DMV that not everyone has access to the internet, knows how to use the internet, or has someone to help them. You can ask if there's been cancelations daily, but it has to be in person at 7:00 a.m. Do not go if you have a cough. I went for my appointment on 02/04/21, told the screener I had a cold and last coughed the day before, but I had no other COVID-19 symptoms and a negative COVID test result. I was just told my cough superceded my test result. I had to wait in the screening area for about 10 minutes as people passed by (so much for their hyper-vigilance about not spreading the virus) for the screener to speak to a manager. Then I was asked to wait outside. I was called back in to the screening area to be told to leave my phone number for another appointment and to have my questions answered. To their credit, I was called within the hour, and I did get another appointment...in April.

I visited this place to renew my license to comply with the real ID act. The service was proffesional and expedient. I am very impress with the service. Kudos to Daisy C. for an outstanding and professional service. She responded to all my inquiries with tact and care. I notice some reviews that dont reflect the service I received on this place and all I could say is that if you have a bad experience give them a second chance since you have to return anyways, and if they still dont provide you with the care you deserve them a bad assessment is merited. For me so far so good.

Very friendly. Still have to make an appointment to get your licenses or IDs. Thw staff outside can answer your questions if you stop by. They'll even work with you of you missed your appointment due to illness.
