I live in Ft. Worth and recently was in need of assistance from, The Webb County Distr. Clerk's office. So I called and I was impressed with the level of assistance, and kindness of the individual on the phone. The person was extremely helpful and made sure I had the information I would need in order to send in a request for items of which I was in search. Upon sending in forms, it was not long after they sent me items I was seeking. Also in the request were some items that they did not have but that might be in the possession of the city of Laredo. I was very grateful that they sent me information on how to contact the city. It made me feel not so hopeless. I believe this office goes above and beyond to help the public. Thank you very much!
People here are usually rude and have bad attitudes. There are some that have a smile and will actually look at you when your there.
Don’t call this number no one answers!! And if they do, they just transfer you all Over the places with no help at the end.
