**Not professional tradesmen** Called out to fix a leak In my roof, carried out work on the roof and paid for the job. The roof is still leaking, so whatever they’ve done hasn’t worked a jot! They have been called and are ignoring this problem. No invoice given either.

No invoice provided when asked . Charged 700 pounds still got water coming in. Also burnt my new window facings and blamed it on his colleague. Still waiting if he has public liability insurance?????
