Recently had doors supplied and fitted by Glasgow Slides. We love them. Excellent quality and very quick turn around even though they were made to measure. Customer service is top notch; professional and friendly at all times and communication was excellent. We will definitely be using again for our kids bedrooms and I would not hesitate in recommending this company. I am a perfectionist and very particular and Glasgow Slides did not disappoint. Thank you!

Customer service is the worst possible. On their Facebook they said call them or send them a msg, we called them but been asked to just leave a msg. However they efficiency is so low! Finally we got a appointment arranged. They didn’t show up. No reply no apology. If u leave a negative msg on their Facebook, they will delete it! Ridiculous!
Horrible horrible service, arranged an appointment for Thursday and have been told that they will come between 3-5 but received a call at 4:30 saying to arrange another day then same happened in second appointment. Such unethical approach towards customer is not acceptable.
Avoid at all costs terrible company, service and product. Ross Hagan and Ryan McDowall (who left the 5* review) are absolute incompetent cowards who aren’t even man enough to have a conversation with a customer. Read up on the real reviews online not the fake ones his mates or mrs have created. Don’t trust a business who doesn’t allow reviews on their Facebook page. Oh and when you try contact them via Facebook the gutless pair block you. Utterly pathetic.
