Contacted Rapid online for a van hire at short notice. Julie responded quickly and the booking process was completed within a short time. I was asked for my national insurance number for the purpose of generating a licence check code, however this is optional and you have the option to generate and provide the code yourself. The cost of the hire was reasonable and competitive. When picking up and returning the vehicle, Rapid take all round photos which is assuring. All round great service and the vehicle completed the job with no issues.
