Always late, mostly rude drivers who stop the bus to check their phones or even go for shopping! Bus broke down once and was told \looks like you'll need to walk\, no refund even though the driver kicked us off and never told us to wait on a replacement bus. If First buses ran through Stonehouse/Larkhall, no one would use this terrible service.

Dangerous bus driver of service 256 to Hamilton bus station, who when questioned why he thought it was ok to pull out and cause me to swerve to avoid him clipping my car, said \I don't need to give oncoming traffic priority\. Very rude and discourteous driver, even worse considering he was driving passengers who really are putting their lives in this idiots hands. Incident at 13:50 25/06/19 on Kelvin Road, east kilbride.
