3/7/21 My mom was looking for a car and we were approached by a man who seemed nice but quickly his attitude changed and seemed in a hurry. When my mom who speaks Spanish and also speaks English and clearly understands it, was speaking to him, he told her if we wanted someone who spoke Spanish. My mom said no because clearly we ALL speak English fluently and my mom does have her accent when she speaks English but it’s understandable. Well, he sent us a sales man who spoke Spanish and he helped us really well at first but quickly seemed in a hurry as well and wouldn’t show us more expensive models. He as well told us that he would be back because he had other people waiting inside. We decided to leave because of poor customer service. My mom really is looking for a new car but we will not be returning here. Felt a little discriminated.

I had an 830 appointment for an oil change that took over 2 hours. When I asked the service advisor, she said that the appointment does not guarantee my time. It was more of a reservation and it depends on the number of walk ins. I am still trying to figure out why they take appointments then. It sounds like I should of just done a walk in. Update. After two hours my Jeep finally made it into the service area where it sat behind two cars for over 20 minutes. There was no sense of urgency to check on these cars or their owners. It took me to find one of the service advisor and state that my car had been sitting there for 20 minutes to get action. At least the lobby is nice. I am just upset I bought the package deal for 90 bucks because it means I have to go back.

My Jeep Cherokee needed a software update due to a recall, no needed payment but the maintenance was gonna run about 3-4 hours. The dealership set up an appointment and we're very friendly and informative over the phone. They updated the software than after they offered a carwash, of course I accepted it. They were so welcoming and super friendly especially the male part specialist Courtney and you'll know when you see him. Super friendly and helpful guy.

Luckily I found Larry H Miller and was so graciously assisted by Sarah and Andre. They were able to get me into a great used car that I love and it was virtually stress free. So my experience at Larry H. Miller Dodge was top notch. True professional salesmen that were a pleasure to work with. Not pushy at all and incredibly knowledgeable. Gabriel Lopez made my wife and I feel very comfortable the moment we walked in the building. I was on the fence between two different vehicles and within 5 minutes Gabe helped me make the decision. He had me do a simple pro and con between both and just like that, I'm buying a Charger. I wasn't disappointed. Over the course of two days we spent close to 8 hours with Gabe. We got to know him a little bit and enjoyed similar stories about our children. After many test drives and looking over the inventory we finally decided on our two vehicles. After negotiations were over, which I'm happy with, we were pushed off to the finance guy. In the past that has been a bad transition for us. This time was amazing. Gabe turned us over to Andy Hotz, who was as fun to work with as Gabe. Andy was upfront and honest about our coverage and he sold me on the benefits. I know I'll take advantage of everything we purchased. In 5 years our cars will still look brand new at 100k miles. Overall my wife and I are beyond happy with the experience. In five to seven years when I replace this car I will be buying from Larry H. Miller again, without question. Thank you so much guys!
