Quick, easy, low pressure and reasonable. Went there to evaluate a trade-in with no intention to buy; a test drive and two hours later I was on my way home with a new car. Love having a truck that can handle trails and maneuver through tight Salt Lake City parking lots with ease. The turning radius on the gladiators is in a class of its own.

From the time Steve picked up my car until the time he brought it back, I was kept in the loop with everything happening with my car. They didn't make any changes or charge anything without checking with me first. I ordered something that wasn't really necessary and they told me it wasn't. They saved me over 300! This is the third car I've purchased from this dealership. I really like Cory and his team. Cody is the best of the best! Steve is great. Service is top notch!

Jan was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. A higher level sales manager came in to discuss my trade and was straightforward and nice, but had classic used car salesman vibes. They offered very little for my trade which seems to be common unless you have a late model vehicle to trade in. I did not enjoy spending 6 hours of my day to make a purchase. I don't know why the auto industry can't seem to figure this out. It's easier to buy a house. Also, they push extended warranty / comprehensive coverage / service agreement heavily after you have already made the deal to purchase the vehicle. This should be discussed up front and with all information available. When they push this after the fact, you don't have the details of the factory warranty in front of you and it is impossible to know what the real differences / enhancements are. And of course you can't postpone the decision, you have to make it then or else you won't get the anecdotal "employee pricing" that they are offering "this weekend only". Needless to say it is overpriced in the eyes of any rational human being. Ultimately this was a classic car buying experience, took forever, and I didn't feel great about it after the fact. I love my truck but that's because of my own research and not because of anything they did. Price was acceptable. LHM is not any better or worse than any other car dealer in my opinion.

Came in for an oil change, they were very quick and did an excellent job. While there they found a couple of other things that needed to be taken care of so they corrected them too. Very fast and very professional. Great place to get your vehicle serviced.

Buying a brand new car is a big deal to me. I ordered my 2021 Jeep Wrangler from the factory, but wanted to talk to a salesperson to make sure I was getting all of the features I wanted and the best offer, as well. All of my questions were answered, my salesperson kept me up to date on my order, and my wrangler came right on time - it was a great experience! LHM came through with all of the commitments they made to me. I couldn't be more happy!

I truly appreciated Larry and his crack team of specialists help with my older truck. I took my vehicle here after a pretty miserable experience at another dodge dealership farther south. They got me in the next day and had a full diagnosis ready for me before I even woke up in the morning. They’d found the problems I’d described and a few that I knew about but hadn’t mentioned to them and even worked with my warranty company before talking to me (this was amazing to me because in my line of work this is the last thing we will spend time dealing with). Larry offered me options that made sense and were necessary and fair priced. They literally had everything fixed that day, and it wasn’t a menial amount of work either (a 13 yr old diesel with a lot of miles does that). My truck drives better than ever and I’m confident we won’t have any problems towing our toy hauler anywhere in the world now. I truly appreciate the positive customer experience and Larry’s representation of the company he works for.
