Every time I need an oil change or a check up on an item the staff here has been very helpful. They explain in detail what needs to be done. They let me know if there are current deals on oil packages ( like buy one get one). Prices seem to be comparable to taking car to regular car shop for oil change. When work does need to be done they tell me if it’s something that is serious or can wait, and how long I can wait if applicable. I’ve been going to them for the past 4 cars/10 years.

I made an appointment and yet waited over 2 1/2 hours for an oil and filter change and tire rotation. Should not have taken that long with an appointment. Walk in? Sure. But not with an appointment. To top it off, my tires never got rotated. Paid for it though. I’ll be calling them to correct the payment on my service. Satisfied? Nope. I’ll go elsewhere for my service here on out.

ASK FOR JIM or FABIAN! Jim and Fabian kept my best interest in mind throughout the entire process and they were fun to hang out with! Thank you so much to the entire staff even the sales manager Gibrem for his comical one-liners and Marty the finance manager for quickly getting us out the door. I went to many other dealerships and no one could help me. I just started a new commercial cleaning business and my car wasn't big enough for all of my equipment. I needed an SUV. They kept all of my concerns and stipulations in mind throughout the process and worked hard to meet them or get very close. We actually had fun while we were there! This is my first VW and they made a fan out of me. Before you go any where else, check them out first, they truly are one-of-kind. The atmosphere was fun, professional and zero-pressure.
