Our furnace malfunctioned late Wednesday night before Thanksgiving, on Friday morning my Dad went to see Larsell after driving around to multiple places. Mr. Larsell was very helpful and provided the parts that were required for our furnace. We appreciate the great customer services and being available on a holiday weekend!! Thank you!!

The communications were courteous and responsive at all stages. The quotes came rapidly and were clear. The work was done promptly and the system has been working well. The rating would have been a 5-star only that the system did not pass city inspection at first due to a very minor detail that did not affect system function. It was promptly fixed and inspection passed. A pleasure to work with Larsell, and would highly recommend them to friends and others.

Called all over town looking for a replacement part for my AC unit. Someone suggested Larsell (by the cheese shop). Call was answered right away, on hold for less than a minute while she checked for the part, had a professional grade replacement for the same cost as the cheap one on Amazon. Had it in my hand ten minutes later and my AC fixed less than 30 minutes after I first called them. They've made a lifetime customer out of me! Thank you :)
