The hotel has a nice location ( near the village but far away from it to have more privacy). If you go try to ask for the rooms that looks towards the mountains the view is worth it. A good thing from the hotel is the parking space it has. The breakfast has nice options but let's say the new covid method they implemented is not the best also the quantities given in the breakfast are enormous.

Fantastic dinner and stunning views from this lovely property are my 2 favorite things from property! Also the staff is super nice and friendly. Our room was a bit small and the shower overflowed the bathroom every time we used it. Very basic (practically none) amenities, just shampoo, body wash and hand soap. We had to request a hear drier. Ok breakfast, nothing special. Great location, especially if you are planning to do the "Ruta de Cares" trail, just a short 10 minute drive away.
Very nice hotel, it was very cozy and rustic, we had an amazing view direct to the mountains. The staff was very nice and helpful all the time. Even that restaurant was good, very good quality food and very original dishes for a very good price!! It was really a nice stay
We stayed here for two nights. The hotel has free parking. We were given a room with a lovely view however the bathroom had a smell. The hosts were very quick to address the problem and gave us a new room the following day (room 209) as the hotel was full on our first night. They also got someone to look at the issue before the next guests arrived. We had fantastic mountain views from both of our rooms. There was a lovely shower with many functions. There was no noticeable road noise, which is often an issue for us. The bed was large and very comfortable. The towels were soft. Very friendly hosts who speak various languages between them. They gave us good advice on how to order our walks for the day. There was a big variety of hot and cold breakfast options. The brown bread at breakfast was very tasty. You do have to choose a timeslot to go to breakfast so be sure to specify this the night before. Also you are given a sheet to tick what you would like for breakfast and pass it to the waitress on the day. They have a good system. The hotel is walking distance from Arenas de Cabrales where there are some good restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.
Superb, 10/10. Stayed for a week on hiking tour, lovely friendly hotel, great food, very nice staff. Evening dinner A1. Jim and Pilar excellent hosts. In brief A1
Ansolutely fantastic. The food is varied and tasty. The rooms need updating but they are clean and comfy. Great views
Perfect in everything I want from a stay...amazing setting...great area to explore from...beside small town/village...clean and bright....well loved...the most fantastic food....and brilliant staff! Family run too so ticks all boxes for me!
Great friendly hotel with really helpful staff. Great tips from the owners for mountain walks, places to visit and where to eat. We went for the walking and this is a great base, the owners know the area backwards and there insight into where to walk and when, made our visit very special.
